  • Those last two are my favorites, but the one by our first President is pretty good too!

“A friend in need is a friend indeed”, don’t know who said it, but it’s a mouthful and mindful.

    • Those are good ones. Thank you for reading and commenting.

  • These are great, Dan! Also wanted to let you know that there wasn’t a link to your post in the mail chimp email – it just said, “No RSS items found” where we would normally be able to click over to your website.

    • Hi Barb,
Glad you enjoyed them. Thank you for letting me know, I’m not sure what happened.

  • The quote by T.S. Tate is great. I think we’re constantly bombarded with this idea that the biggest successes are people who have accomplished this on their own. However, it couldn’t be further from the truth. Those who bring in others, whether for partnerships, support, advice, mentoring, or just a different point of view are those who are going to achieve their goals.

    Great list.

    • Ryan,

It’s a great one. I really like the last sentence: “Success is never, ever a one person job.” A great team of people make a leader or anyone else successful. Thank you for sharing. I’m glad to hear from you, it’s been a while :)
