Leaders Having Fresh Material

I have heard people who lead and speak to others on a regular basis say things like: I have a hard time coming up with topics to teach or share with the followers I am developing. Or it’s hard to find topics to speck about when I have to give a speech.
There’s no excuse for leaders to lack fresh ideas and material for speeches or for training people. Even with that in mind it’s no easy feat to continue to have fresh and relevant material, but it’s the leader’s responsibility to continue to grow and learn in a variety of ways. This would allow the leader to always have new and fresh material. Here are a few things you can do to gain new topics, insights, and thoughts:
*Read.
*Spend time listening to CDs.
*Go places where you can learn and grow.
*Find a mentor to meet with regularly.
*Spend time thinking and enlarging your thoughts.
*Connect on social networking sites and meetings.
