Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken (Eccl. 4:9-12)

I always appreciate your quote posts, Dan. In fact, it gave me the idea of posting quotes about forgiveness. I have a quote post scheduled for sometime in the next week or two. Thanks for sharing.

“There is no “I” in team.” I know, it’s pathetic, but that’s what popped into my head! I think DS’s quotes are the best I’ve heard. I forgot about those verses.
To have true team work their must be respect. If there is no respect there is no team…

Whenever I hear that I always think about, “But their is one in win.” :) I agree DS shared a great one. Same with me, It would have been included if I had remembered it.

I agree, mutual respect is essential. I would add trust as well.

I like the Mother Teresa quote the best. Because she discusses teamwork but also stresses that the team is made up of individuals all contributing.
