The Purpose of a Christian Leader’s Talents

I have the privilege and honor to be guest posting for Juan Cruz who blogs at Leading Everyday.  Below is a preview of the post but you‘ll need to head over to his site to read the entire post.

To understand the purpose of your God given talents first requires knowing the Spiritual Leadership Talent Principle. The principle says it’s essential for a leader to find, develop, and use their personal talents. Let’s briefly discuss each of these areas:

Finding- I have discovered 2 ways a person or leader finds their personal talents. The first is during a “aha” moment that reveals or clarifies your talents. Another is a process, which usually happens over time while being intentional in finding your talent. Finding your talents is important because it also helps you identify your purpose and increases your passion.
