Do you know your areas of strengths and weaknesses? Each person has been given a set of strengths, which means that they will work best when they are in their strength zones. That also means that if you are not working in your strengths you are working in weak areas. But leader’s need to avoid areas they are weak in. They need to avoid trying to work on them or think that they will become a strength. The reason for this is simple, they are weak in those areas. The best thing leader’s can do is to stay and develop their strengths while placing people in areas of their weaknesses. So make sure you stay in your strengths and avoid your weaknesses.
